Booking and Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The final balance is due 120 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations within 120 days are non-refundable.

Guest Information

Unfortunately, we cannot book anyone under the age of 19 on regular tours and no one under 12 for family tours. We recommend that you purchase Visitors to Canada, Medical and/or Trip Cancellation/ Interruption Insurance - ask us for details when you book.

Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and include all meals (set plan), accommodation and powder ski/board rental. Add 6% tax. Gratuities and alcohol are not included.

American exchange rate is subject to change without notice. Please note the exchange rate fluctuates daily and credit cards have their own separate exchange rates which are usually better than the bank's rate. Please check the TD Bank's current exchange rate for a more accurate rate.

Tours begin at 6:00pm on the day of arrival; departure is at 5:00pm on your last day.

Powder Cowboy Catskiing reserves the right to cancel tours at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking.
